Fuelled Club provides online fitness coaching, nutrition programming, and related services. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health and fitness information
• Consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition programme
• Follow the programme as designed and communicate any concerns to your coach
• Respect our coaches and other clients
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

4. Health Disclaimer

Fuelled Club's services are intended for general health and fitness purposes and do not constitute medical advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be agreed upon before coaching commences and outlined in your individual coaching agreement. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Generally, we require a minimum notice period to cancel or pause your programme. Please contact us at hello@fuelled.club to discuss your options.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of your coaching programme — including meal plans, training programmes, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Fuelled Club. You may not share, sell, or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuelled Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the relevant period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
